Do I need a Shopify store to use HubRB?
Yes. HubRB connects to your Shopify store via OAuth and syncs products, orders, and inventory. It's built specifically for Shopify.
What happens during the free trial?
You get full access to your selected plan for 7 days. No credit card required to start. If you don't upgrade, your account pauses but your data is kept.
Can I switch plans later?
Anytime. Upgrade or downgrade from your Settings page. When you upgrade, the new modules activate immediately. When you downgrade, access continues until the end of your billing cycle.
Can I pick which modules I want?
Modules are grouped into plans. Starter includes Creator Studio, Growth adds Payouts & Ledger and Ambassador Program, and Pro includes everything. Pick the plan that has the modules you need.
What does the Vendor Portal look like?
Vendors get their own branded login at your domain. They can view products, upload assets, track commissions, download invoices, and manage their affiliate link. You control what they see.
How does commission tracking work?
When a Shopify order comes in, HubRB matches products to vendors and creates a ledger entry with the calculated commission. Refunds create clawback entries. The ledger is immutable, so you always have a complete audit trail.
Is my data safe?
Your data lives in an isolated database per tenant. Shopify connections use official OAuth with scoped API tokens. All communication is encrypted.
